Arrivals
Early arrival allows clients the necessary time to reduce stress and refocus the mind. In order to service every client, we must ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that services will not have to be shortened.
Cancellations
Each set of services are reserved exclusively for you and therefore we require that a credit card be provided in order to hold your appointment. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for changes or cancellations.
